Olde Sepia Tombstone Angel

Olde Sepia Tombstone Angel is a unique piece which incorporates my love for Puritan Graven Art and old rubbings. This piece is made from muslin that has been painted and stained. There are 3 different layers and each layer has details machine quilted on. This piece can set upon a shelf or mantel or hang in a little nook. It is 6 1/4 inches tall and 10 1/2 inches at the base.

Honey Bee

 The Honey Bee has been an inspiration for me as I enjoy the summer and the bounty of the garden. This bee is meant to hang on a wall. She is made from stained muslin and rusty wire. Her body is 10 ½ inches long and her wingspan is just over 8 inches.

Gertie Gets ‘er Done

Gertie is at it again! She’s getting ready for the Harvest Ball and making sure that the place is spiffy. This new version of Gertie is made from muslin that has been painted and waxed. She is weighted to stand on her own. Her twig broom is completed with raw flax and rusty wire. Gertie stands a wee bit over 15 inches tall.
