Nanny Zemma the Witch
Nanny Zemma lives alone and loves to garden. Her vegetables are known throughout the land as some of the tastiest. Some think it is because of the spells she casts over them and others think it might be her “GREEN THUMB” literally! She is showing off an apron full of mini pumpkins that she is very proud of. “Trick or Treat Mice Pin-Keeps”
These
guys turned out so cute! They are
from my “Duffy” mouse pattern with my own little twist! Each mouse is made from dyed muslin and is mounted on top of
a wool felt pumpkin that is secured in a rusty jar lid.The little witch mouse is
dresses in a black osnaburg skirt and a wool felt hat.
She is carrying a little sisal fiber broom in her rusty wire tail.The
little pumpkin mouse is dressed in an orange wool felt pumpkin with matching
cap. The cap (top of the pumpkin)
has a rusty nail for the stem. This
little guy has a rusty bell hanging from his rusty wire tail.The little ghost is
dressed in layers of dyed cheesecloth. The
cheesecloth has been shredded to give it an old decayed look.
He has a rusty key hanging from his rusty wire tail. All
the mice are sold separately. They
measure 8”- 9” tall and come
with three pins in their pin cushion.The “Trick or Treat Pin-Keeps” are all

Pumpkin Head Make-Do
Here’s something a bit different, a vintage looking
pumpkin head with clay additions to the face.
I love the feel and look of the surface on this guy.
He has a heavily painted and distressed face with clay teeth and nose.
The hat is a mache cone that has been painted and sanded then waxed to
give it that aged look. The word
“BOO” is on the front of the hat in epoxy bubble letters that have been
shaded to blend in with the rest oof the hat.
The hat has a tulle pom pom on the top and the pumpkin head has a black
tulle collar with a vintage Halloween fabric top ruffle.
The pumpkin head is mounted on top of a brass candlestick that has been
painted black and distressed with cinnamon.
This would be a fun addition to any Halloween display.
He’s kinda scary but funny too!
He measures, including the hat, 14” tall. “Pumpkin
