Aren't these two just the greatest set.  This rabbit couple makes a nice primitive decoration for the spring and really any time of the year.  This couple is made with black fabric and I have hand sewn on their faces.  He is dressed in blue and tan ticking overalls and she has a nice spring time dress on.  Their arms and legs are made from sticks and she carries two of my beeswax carrots in her hands.  They measure 10" tall each and have poseable ears.   A truly awesome couple.  Sold as the set only.  Not intended for use by children.  A Pine Patch Primitives Original.

~~Primitive Tobacco Twist Doll~~

 
This Pine Patch Primitives Original doll came out awesome.  I just love her.  The main body of my doll is a real tobacco twist.  It measures 6" tall.  I have dressesd her with grungy fabric with a cheesecloth overlay.  Dress fabric may vary slightly.  The way I did the dress makes it look as though she has a high collar for a special formal occasion.  On her head I have given her a grungy cheesecloth hair wrap.  She makes a great companion to your larger primitive dolls but also tucks away nicely in cubbies, on shelves, etc....  Remember, my dolls are intended for decorative purposes only and are not suitable for children.   A Pine Patch Primitives Original.  $13.95 plus s/h.

~~Prairie Woman's Pouch

Women on the prairies would use these pouches to carry monies and valuables.  They would tie these around their waist and wear them under their long skirts which would have a slit in the side so that they could access the pouch.  Many were left plain as I have done but many young girls would embroider them.  I have made mine out of linen and have hand sewn on the waist string and the opening.  The pouch measures 15" long by 9" at the widest point.  I have super grunged it for a great aged look.  A Pine Patch Primitives original pattern.
