Primitive Sweet Annie Irish Raggedy

This primitive raggedy doll is dressed in her best green calico dress, carries her lucky prim shamrock, and is ready to bless your home all year long!!
Sweet Annie Raggedy is made from muslin, has been heavily grunged, baked and sanded for the primitive, time worn look. She is designed to sit with help, or could hang as well. She measures just about 21" tall, not including her raggedy hair.
Raggedy's face is primitively stitched with floss, with two old mis-matched button eyes sewn on. Her hair is raggedy red perle cotton, snuggly stitched to her raggedy head.
The doll's dress is made from a cotton calico print in green on a cream background. The skirt and bodice are trimmed in some vintage green rick rack, and three old buttons are stitched to the front. Her pantaloons are made from muslin. She has great hand painted raggedy stockings and little black painted shoes, too!
This prim gal is ready to help you decorate for St. Patrick's Day, but her lucky prim shamrock is not attached and could be removed easily for year long display. Her shamrock is made from muslin, has been painted, and then after sanding has been wrapped with rusty wire. Some dried sweet annie is held in place by the wire.
Primitive Sweet Annie will arrive signed and dated, and packaged carefully. This set is being offered as a decor item for adults, and is not intended as a toy for children. The design is an original from Annabelle's Attic/Crows in the Attic Primitives. I'm sure you will enjoy adding this great ragdoll to your primitive collection!!

The wonderful prim raggedy has a great stitched face, with black button eyes securely sewn on. Her hair is wonderful raggedy red perle cotton snuggly stitched to her raggedy head.
